Delete your Rounds account

You can permanently delete your account yourself. Rounds asks you to sign in again, then confirm the irreversible deletion.

Delete in three steps

Sign in to the Rounds account you want to delete.
Open Account & Settings and choose Delete account.
Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

Deleted from primary systems

Login identity, profile-linked case history and transcripts, learning and flashcard progress, comments, feedback, issue reports, and active simulator sessions.

Limited retention exceptions

Security logs, provider backups, and already aggregated or de-identified statistics may remain for their configured retention periods and are not used to recreate your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If a deletion attempt fails before completion, your login remains active so you can safely retry. Read the Privacy Policy for the full data and processor inventory.
